1. I question why the theme config has both a global font declaration AND declares the same font everywhere that it would appear. This just seems like overkill. The global should have been fine.
2. All of your declared font names have "-10" appended to them. This prevented the fonts from loading on my box until I edited those lines. I'm not sure what the "-10" was meant to do. Fontheight? Isn't 10 the default anyway?
3. Your menu bullet value is "emtpy", which is ignored because it's misspelled. Not that empty bullets would look any different...
4. No wall? I thought that would have been part of the theme, especially since you went to the trouble of including two different theme configs, one that hides the toolbar in the wall.
I still like the use of color, although I see what you mean about getting the fonts to display correctly. Normally Swiss and Impact are very sexy, but here on a calibrated monitor they do look a bit eroded. Increasing the fontheight doesn't improve the situation. I'll have to play with this awhile.
Apologies. My first Fluxbox theme, and there seems to be some duplication and redundancy in the theme. Impact-10, means Impact at 10-point size, although if this is the default, I've just wasted space.
I basically made this theme because I've noticed that an awful lot of Fluxbox styles look . . . the same. I wanted an excuse to use Impact and Swiss, hehe. Unfortunately, Impact (and even Swiss) look terrible black-on-white, especially at that size. Still, I wanted to get it as small as possible while keeping it legible. The need to tweak your monitor/desktop gamma might be a pain, I realize that, but if you like the theme, then it might be well worth it.
The wallpaper: I did not include it because it is the property of [link]. I cannot distribute it. Visit [link], and check out their section with the black-and-white drawings. Some good stuff there.
I also apologize for the tar.gz file. I had no idea Firefox couldn't read those. I'll upload a zip file early in the week to remedy this problem.
I will leave the theme.cfg file as is. Even though it's a bit messy, it doesn't affect the actual functioning of the theme. I'll leave the cleaning up to those more skilled than I. Right now, I'm more concerned with uploading a working file archive.
Please feel free to tweak the theme, change things, and re-release it. Just let me know, so I can enjoy it, too.
Thank you again, for the comments!
